J9 Consulting ("J9," "we," "us") operates www.j9consulting.co. This page explains what information we collect through this site, why, and what happens to it.

Information we collect

When you submit the contact form, we collect what you type into it: name, company, email, website, monthly media spend range, timeline, and your message. We do not require an account and do not collect payment information on this site.

How we use it

To read and respond to your inquiry — nothing more.
Form submissions are sent by email to J9's inbox via our transactional email provider, Resend. We do not maintain a separate marketing database or CRM record from a site form submission alone.
We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

Analytics

This site uses Google Analytics to understand aggregate traffic patterns (pages visited, general location, device type). Google Analytics uses cookies and may collect your IP address as part of that measurement. You can opt out using your browser's cookie settings or the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.

Third-party processors

We use the following services to operate this site. Each processes limited data on our behalf and has its own privacy policy:

Vercel — website hosting
Resend — delivers contact-form notification emails
Google Analytics — traffic measurement

Data retention

Contact-form submissions live in J9's email inbox for as long as normal email retention applies. We don't keep a separate database of form submissions.

Your rights

You can ask us what information we have about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing hello@j9consulting.co.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
