J9 Consulting ("J9," "we," "us") operates www.j9consulting.co. This page explains what information we collect through this site, why, and what happens to it.

Information we collect

When you submit the contact form, we collect what you type into it: name, business name, email, a link to your website or Facebook page, your current ad spend range, timeline, and your message. We do not require an account and do not collect payment information on this site.

How we use it

To read and respond to your inquiry, and nothing more.
Each submission is sent by email to J9's inbox through our email provider, Resend, and also saved as a row in a private Google Sheet that only J9 can open, so leads can be tracked and followed up.
We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

Analytics

This site uses Google Analytics to understand aggregate traffic patterns (pages visited, general location, device type). Google Analytics uses cookies and may collect your IP address as part of that measurement. You can opt out using your browser's cookie settings or the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.

Third-party processors

We use the following services to operate this site. Each processes limited data on our behalf and has its own privacy policy:

Vercel: website hosting
Resend: delivers contact-form notification emails
Google (Sheets and Apps Script): stores submissions in a private spreadsheet
Google Analytics: traffic measurement

Data retention

Contact-form submissions stay in J9's email inbox and in the private lead spreadsheet until they are no longer needed to follow up. You can ask us to delete yours at any time.

Your rights

You can ask us what information we have about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing hello@j9consulting.co.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
